Let's plan your Greenland adventure today

We plan trips across Greenland from our office in Nuuk. Send us a note about what you're after — a tour, a tailor-made trip, a charter, or a question about when to visit — and we'll take it from there. Most trips start with a short exchange before anything is firm, so don't worry about having all the details worked out before you write.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before planning a trip with Raw Arctic, from how booking works to what to expect once you reach out. If you can't find your answer here, get in touch anytime and we'll help.

What exactly is a “custom” tour with Raw Arctic?

Every itinerary is built from scratch around the dates, interests, fitness level, and budget you give us. Whether you want two days of iceberg cruising or a week of back‑country fly‑fishing, our planners and local guides shape the route, pace, and lodging so the trip is unmistakably yours - no off‑the‑shelf templates.

How do I book, and what happens after I get in touch?

Just send us a message with your dates, group size and what you're hoping to experience. We'll come back to you with ideas and a draft itinerary, refine it together until it's right, and confirm the booking once you're happy. There's no obligation in reaching out, and the planning conversation is part of the service.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for summer and for the more remote regions, where flights, boats and accommodation are limited and fill up months ahead. Popular dates can go six months or more in advance. That said, it's always worth asking about shorter notice, as we can sometimes arrange trips closer to the date.

What languages do you operate in?

We work with international guests every day and operate in English, alongside Danish and Greenlandic. If you'd prefer to plan in another language, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We’re arriving by cruise ship — can we fit a tour in our port time?

Often, yes. We run shorter trips designed to fit a port call, and we can build something around your ship's schedule so you're back aboard in good time. Send us your port, date and how long you have ashore, and we'll suggest the best option.

What is your cancellation policy?

As a neutral guide, weather cancellations on our side are typically rebooked or refunded, while guest cancellations follow the terms on your booking confirmation.
