What our guests say:
"the experience with the captains and guides of raw arctic was outstanding. i was on an excursion every day from 8:30 or 9:00 until 4:00-4:30 for two weeks. they were thoughtful, daily trips were well planned, and were adventures climbing the hills of the fjords for me to photograph carabou. as we traveled on the water i was fortunate to capture a whale breaching. in addition, because the captains and guides paced the day well, i was able to photograph an iceberg through another iceberg. i appreciated what casper suggested to pack and i virtually used everything. the small boat and bathroom was spotless each day. drinks were available. as someone who was 86 years old the guides left it up to me to determine the level of difficulty in climbing the hills or or going across the streams. as i am in excellent condition this consideration was optimal. i recommend raw arctic without reservation"

"I can't begin to describe what a wonderful experience it was, spending time with you, your brothers and the whole gang at Raw Arctic. You all went out of our way to make us feel right at home, I cannot thank you enough. From helping us with the accommodations in Nuuk, the beautiful campsite you guys prepared for everyone (thank Agnete, and Inequ for their wonderful cooking and hospitality), not to mention the excellent guide service (say Hi to Lucas!), everything was absolutely perfect. Even the boat rides back and forth to the camp, and the tour through the fjords around Nuuk, were out of this world. When I think of our trip, our primary goal was to fish for Arctic Char, an exotic species to us, and in a place where we've never been before. Once we landed at the airport, which is beautiful by the way, the fishing became secondary to the whole experience. The landscape in Greenland is breathtaking and worth every effort to get there."

"Meegwetch/Thank you for a great adventure, the best excursion I have ever had. Isak and Anita are very Knowledgeable, experienced and accommodating, shows how much they love what they do. They went above and beyond to get us to the airport to catch our flight since taxis can be challenging at times. If I ever go back to Nuuk, I will definitely use this company for excursions. "

"The small boat makes for an intimate and connected experience that you just won’t get from a larger tour boat. The crew were an absolute delight; friendly, engaged and deeply connected to the place. They shored openly about their experience living on the land and sea here and all that they have grown to love about it. My wife and I own and run a boat charter business, so for the past decade we have had lots of experience. These folks are doing a really good thing and I can’t recommended it enough. It is an unforgettable experience and I will remember, on all my future trips to this beautiful country, that this was the experience where I fell in love with Greenland."

"Raw Arctic gave us absolutely amazing 10-days trip in Greenland. They’ve organised everything from the pick up at the airport through hunting, boat sailing, hiking, etc. They were also extremely helpful when our schedule got derailed because of unpredictable internal flights. They did it all with easiness, laughs, positive attitude and good energy. Special thanks to Isak and Salik for making this experience so flawless and unforgettable!"
